An opportunity to join a forward thinking construction services company specialising in Fit-out and Refurbishment of Commercial Properties for owners and occupiers. This business covers sectors such as Offices/Workplace, Healthcare and Leisure.
There are a number of multimillion pound projects currently live.
Position
As an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor, you would be responsible for the commercial aspects of these projects, from procurement through to final accounts and the management of Cash Flow Forecasts for running the phase of the project working.
You will report to the Commercial Manager and you will be running the monthly reports, costings, sub-contract packages and variations. The position is based in London with some site visits.
Essential criteria:
5+ years’ relevant experience
Developer or main contractor experience
Passionate about construction, house building and customer service
Wide knowledge of Construction Industry processes and procedures
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Computer literate and thorough knowledge of current forms of contract
Desired criteria:
Degree qualified or equivalent
Strong negotiation skills
