Job description

This role is for an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor with NEC contract experience and the ability and knowledge to perform the typical duties of a Quantity Surveyor, such as cash flow analysis, cost analysis, variations, and preparation of contracts among other duties.

About you

The ideal Quantity Surveyor will be an ambitious and energetic self-starter, with the ability to self-motivate, work independently as well as being able to work in teams.

Required experience:

• BSc/HND degree in a relevant discipline
• 3+ years industry experience
• NEC experience
