Position
As Intermediate Quantity Surveyor you will be responsible for all commercial aspects of assigned projects, from procurement through to final accounts, and the management of Cash Flow Forecasts for running the phase of the project working. You will be reporting in to the Commercial Director and running the monthly reports, costings, sub-contract packages and variations.
Essential criteria:
5-7 years’ relevant experience
Main contractor background
Good travel links to Croydon
Desired criteria:
Degree qualified or equivalent
