• Due to continued growth, the opportunity has arisen for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a Construction Cost Consultancy & Project Management Practice that operates in Ireland, North America and the UK.
• This organisation provides Cost Consultancy and Project Management Services on both Civil and Building projects throughout Europe. These range from a small office refurbishment to multi-million pound projects in Europe.
• Initially, the role will see you working on a range of projects, mostly residential, ranging in value from £7m to £45m.
• Whilst reporting to the experienced Managing Director, this role will enable you to be an integral part of a growing commercial team.

Required:

• PQS/Consultancy experience
• 3 – 6 years’ relevant experience
• Ideally degree qualified or equivalent
