One of the UK’s leading property developers is currently working on a £400m 1,500 unit scheme in South East London. With phase one just coming up to completion, they have identified the opportunity for an Intermediate Estimator to come and join the vibrant pre-construction team to be based in Sevenoaks.

Founded over 40 years ago, this organisation has quickly become one of the UK's best known developers of new homes. Originally homes were typically large executive style properties, but today their portfolio reflects the aspirations of a much broader range of home buyers, encompassing medium to large-scale developments in towns, cities and the countryside, mixed use schemes, riverside apartments, refurbished historic buildings and urban loft spaces. They have also gained considerable experience in creating sustainable communities within complex regeneration schemes.

Not only will this opportunity challenge and enhance your commercial abilities, it will also expand your own personal portfolio. Required:

• 3 - 5 years’ Estimating experience

• Degree qualified or equivalent

• Ideally experience working for a developer / house builder
