Installation Manager - Wiltshire

One of the country’s leading installer of double glazing windows is currently seeking an Installation Manager to cover the M4 corridor from Bristol to Swindon. The role is to provide exceptional customer service from purchase to completion. 

Responsibilities

• To manage all fitting teams, and base teams ensuring that their calendar of work meets the installation demand.
• To carry out site visits to customer builds/installs on a regular basis to monitor quality and the level of service being offered by the self employed contractors and the administration team.
• Monitor health and safety compliance on site visits.
• To ensure customer care is maintained and deal with any customer complaints efficiently and effectively.
