HV Project Manager - Norfolk

Thanks to an increasing workload across the East of England and East Anglia, this utility contractor requires Project Managers with Distribution Network Operator (DNO) project experience for a range of exciting high voltage (HV) schemes. Projects will range from 11kV up to 132kV and will include major projects and 11kV primary substation replacement works. 

Duties:

Managing power distribution / DNO projects, covering HV installation and construction activities

Ensuring successful project delivery on time and within budget

Financial control of projects

Health & Safety

Carrying out risk assessments and method statements (RAMS)

Liaising with Highways Agency, Local Authority and DNO

Management of contractors and materials

Requirements:

Previous experience as a project manager for HV / 11kV / 33kV / 132kV network substation schemes

DNO experience

Driving licence

HNC / HND (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering

Desirable:

SMSTS, SSSTS

NRSWA

UK Power Networks (UKPN) substation entry
