HV Project Manager - Essex

This is an exciting opportunity that has recently become available for a Project Manager with experience running high voltage (HV) installation projects to join a multi-utility company with a healthy order book of projects to keep you busy in 2018 and beyond.  They are working on a prestigious, long-term project in Essex. 

Duties:

• Manage installation of HV equipment, cables, switchgear, transformers, substation works and new connections at 11kV and 33kv
• Ensure projects are successfully completed on time and within budget
• Oversee contractors and site operatives carrying out the HV installations
• Ensure adherence to health & safety
• Liaise with design team, other engineering disciplines, client and Distribution Network Operator (DNO)
• Complete Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS)

For consideration, you must be an electrically qualified Project Manager with experience managing HV projects in either the power distribution or new connections sectors.
