HV Project Manager

£45,000 - £52,000 plus vehicle and package

Is your background in the management of civils utility projects?

Have you run schemes that involve the laying of cables or pipes?

Would you like to work for a major utilities contractor?

This opportunity is with a utilities organisation that specialises in power distribution works up to 132kV, covering cable installations, new connections and substation upgrades.  They are looking for a Project Manager (Civils) with previous experience in these areas to deliver similar schemes.

The role:

• Project management of utility cable or pipe projects across several sites
• Liaise with Distribution Network Operator (DNO) and sub-contractors
• Create project plans outlining milestones, financial information and material requirements
• Ensure projects are complete to specification, on time and within budget
• Put together Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS)

To be considered:

• Experience as a Project Manager within the utilities sector, with a focus on the civil engineering (cables, pipes, excavations and lay)
• Driving licence
• SMSTS (desirable)
• NRSWA Supervisor (desirable)
