HV Design Engineer - South Yorkshire

You’ll be joining an organisation with an excellent reputation with the power distribution sector for the quality of their HV network designs.

Working on projects up to 132kV (but mainly at 11kV / 33kV), the HV Design Engineer will be responsible for HV network design, including new connections and general substation arrangements.

Previous experience in the HV sector is required, with a background in the design of new connections, general HV infrastructure or control and protection.  This will have been with either a consultancy, Distribution Network Operator (DNO) or Independent Connections Provider (ICP).  A qualification in Electrical Engineering is also required.
