High-End - Project Architect - Surrey

Are you an Architect that lives and breathes high-end luxurious projects?

Have you led projects from design through to completion?

Do you want to work in a small, boutique office creating a tailored service specific to every client?

This is an award-winning studio set up in 2006 working on a number of prestigious homes from small bespoke projects to large mansions. They have a well-balanced office with a team of 14 staff and now on the lookout for a Project Architect to join their dedicated team.

This is where you will be expected to hit the ground running  working projects from start to finish, supporting management of teams and carrying out onsite inspections as defined by the RIBA Plan of Work.

The right Architect will come from a firm leading high-end projects from start through to completion. It is vital that you're a specialist in bespoke high-end residential, with an active client facing personality.

Desired skills and experience:

- Fluent in both English verbal and written

- Client Facing

- UK high-end residential experience

- Minimum of 3 years UK professional practice

- Strong Technical and Design experience

- Proficient in AutoCAD
