High-End Design Manager - Surrey

Are you an active client facing Technical Manager with a background in Architecture?

Do you have a track record working on bespoke high-end residential homes in the UK?

I have a rare opportunity for a confident client facing Design Manager to work on some extremely high-end private homes on the outskirts of London. This is an established developer with an extensive portfolio of delivering Luxury single unit homes over £5 Million in value.

With this opportunity you will have the responsibility running the design and technical stage of the projects and reporting back to the Managing Director.

This role will see you manage the in-house Design team comprising of Architects, Interior Designers, and FF&E Designers, together with all external design consultants, as well as the design delivery of specialist design subcontractors during the construction phase.

The right Design Manager will have ideally:

• 5 years Design/Technical management experience in residential development. (Experience within the luxury market would be preferable)
• Architectural background
• Experienced with traditional build
