An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Health, Safety and Wellbeing Manager to work on the UK's largest infrastructure project at Euston Station (HS2), you will be part of a Joint Venture delivering the project, working with London Underground, Designers, Tier 2 Contractors and Third Parties to ensure the design and works are implemented as appropriate and sufficient for the requirements of the project. As the Health, Safety and Wellbeing Manager you will be responsible for establishing the internal and external requirements for safety and assisting in obtaining all the necessary approvals.
To be considered for this role the successful Health, Safety and Wellbeing Manager will ideally have the following background and experience:
- Demonstrable experience within a similar role within an appropriately sized engineering organisation in the Civils sector / on projects for infrastructure clients.
- Previous experience in the Rail / LU / TfL environment would be highly desirable
- NEBOSH accreditation, ideally Chartered IOSH or working towards Chartered status.
- Degree or higher level qualification in a numerate discipline typically an engineering or related discipline.
