Head of Developer Services (Water) - London

If you are looking for a long-term role potentially lasting up to 7 years, look no further!

A large utilities contractor requires a professional individual to lead their Developer Services division for both minor and major projects. This is on a framework contract for Thames Water that is due to run through the remainder of AMP6 and through to the end of AMP7.

As the Head of Developer Services, your duties will be to:

• Ensure contractual commitments are achieved as specified within the planned Developer Services contract
• Lead the Operational team in increasing productivity on site whilst maintaining quality standards
• Deliver all assigned schemes to the target margin

Ideally the successful professional will be a leader that has a proven track record in meeting margin, productivity and satisfaction targets. A background within high volume, low value schemes is necessary, and water experience is preferential.
