Head of Commercial (Water) - London - N

WOW! An opportunity to lead one of the largest water frameworks in the UK!

A market leader within the water sector has identified the need to recruit a Head of Commercial to oversee a 5 year framework totalling to over £100m. This is comprising of an even split between Developer Services and Repair & Maintenance (R&M) lead work.

As the Commercial Manager, your duties will be:

• Mentor and lead up to 24 staff members
• Meet with the client on a regular basis with Directors and Commercial Managers for Developer Services and R&M
• Oversee all commercial functions of the framework

The successful Head of Commercial will be a Degree qualified professional in either Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management, and will have a structured career history within the civils sector demonstrating experience on delivering high volume, low value contracts, ideally within the utilities sector. Experience of leading a large team (15+) is also a necessity.
