Groundworks Foreman - Bedfordshire

Come and join a thriving contractor within the housing market that can offer progression to Site Manager within 3 years!

Two Groundworks Foremen are required for a multi-disciplined contractor that operates UK-wide in their housing division.

The Company:

• Over £450m turnover
• Widely-respected throughout the market
• Work on projects between £10-100m in value

The Role:

• Oversee between 5-20 workers on site
• Ensure all assigned site documentation is complete to deadline
• Correspond with the Site and Project Manager on a regular basis to ensure progress is on track

The Ideal Individual:

• 5+ years’ experience in working on groundworks within the housing/residential sectors
• CSCS Black card
• SSSTS/SMSTS
