The Company:

A multi-disciplined civils contractor with a significant stature in the groundworks and RC market. Since being formed in the earlier 1990’s, they have seen successive year-on-year growth. They have seen success in a variety of sectors for delivering groundworks and RC such as residential, commercial, rail and infrastructure. They are widely-known for their expertise and work-ethic which has led to developing several long-standing relationships with clients.

The Role:

They are looking to recruit several Groundworks Foremen on multiple recently-secured projects in Central London to oversee the site teams and ensure that the project is running to standard. The role will include working with the Site Manager to ensure the site teams are fully resourced and operate as a ‘hands-on’ individual. This will be specific to the groundworks involved on each project.

The Ideal Groundworks Foreman:

• Proven working history of leading groundworks site teams
• Background in groundworks
• Experience working for specialist groundworks contractors
