An independently owned specialist civils contractor is looking to recruit an ambitious individual that will be graduating from university this year with a degree in either Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management.

The Company:

• Established for over 50 years which has enabled them to build an expansive client base over the years
• Has built a strong reputation for training and developing junior staff
• Specialise in schemes within demolition, remediation and general civils up to the value of £20m

The Role:

• Assist a Senior/Project Quantity Surveyor on a £10m demolition scheme
• Oversee all project admin
• Attend site visits on a regular basis

The Ideal Individual:

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management
• Ambitious attitude
• A desire to join a specialist, close-knit civils contractor
