As the Graduate Quantity Surveyor you will be working closely with the commercial team helping them take project from inception to the successful delivery and commercial close out while further developing your skills.

The ideal Graduate Quantity Surveyor will:

• Have up to 1 - 2 years’ experience in the following sectors retail, distribution, logistics, hotel & leisure and residential
• Have basic knowledge of JCT and similar industry standard forms of building contracts
• Ability to work with clients and establish long term relationships
• Excellent communication skills
