Graduate Building Surveyor - Surrey

This is an exciting entry-level position for a Graduate Building Surveyor, with an opportunity to gain experience in commercial and residential aspects of surveying. This opportunity is based in Surrey, working alongside Senior Surveyors and will see you joining a busy team.

Key responsibilities include:

• Giving advice on the construction, maintenance, repair and refurbishment of all types of residential and commercial property
• Carrying out building, condition and measured surveys
• Writing up specifications
• Analysing and reporting on building defects
• Handling claims and negotiations and preparation of drawings and specifications for remedial work

You will have completed a relevant surveying accredited degree of 2:1 or above with at 1 years' experience as a Building Surveyor

The ideal Building Surveyor will be enthusiastic and client-focused with good interpersonal skills, preparing for Assessment of Professional Competence (APC). This role requires you to hold a full driving licence and experience in AutoCAD would be an advantage.

On offer is a salary of £24,000 to £28,000 along with a package including a car allowance. The chosen Building Surveyor will be entitled to 23 days holiday a year and this organisation offer their employees flexible working hours!
