Are you an experienced Site Manager with industrial experience land looking for a long-term stable contract?

An opportunity with a reputable main contractor has arisen for an experienced Site Manager or Senior.

This contractor specialises in delivery of projects of various sizes and types and have a good reputation for quality. Their new project in Chester is the new build of a new commercial shed for use as a storage facility.

The project kicks off in July 2021 and has a 7 month duration.

This is an opportunity to run the project from start to finish as lead manager on site reporting into a visiting Contracts Manager.

Requirements:

• Commercial/Industrial shed building experience (preferably self-storage will be beneficial).
• Experience having run full duration of projects as lead manager on site.
