One of the country’s leading utilities contractors are actively seeking a Freelance Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team and work under their own control to successfully complete a backlog of compensation events for a key framework contract with Affinity Water. This will be working closely with the site teams in question in order to put together these CE’s and report directly to the Regional Commercial Manager.
The company itself is a highly-respected organisation that is sought-after by many professionals within the industry. They are currently working on one of Southern England’s largest framework contracts with Affinity Water and have a stream of work coming through overall.
Initially, this will be a 3-month position, however with successful performance there will be a realistic chance of extension due to the longevity of this framework.
Required:
Water experience
Strong knowledge and experience with Compensation Events
Desired:
Degree qualified or equivalent
