• Would you like to play a key role within this leading developer on a major £45 million, commercial fit-out project? 

This highly successful developer who excels in delivering projects with passion is seeking a Project Manager to head up a highly prestigious £45 million commercial fit-out. As Project Manager you will play a key role in taking the project from start through to completion, take responsibility for managing project budgets and procurement, planning and programming and ensuring a high standard of health and safety at all times. 

The ideal Construction and Project Manager will have:

• Commercial fit-out experience  
• 5 years plus project management experience
