This social landlord has a diverse property portfolio throughout London and are looking for a Project Manager to deliver their Fire Risk Assessment program throughout London and the South East based from their office in South London. They have consistently recognised that the quality of all their services are dependent on the  people who work for them and have put people and their personal and professional development at the centre of all their policies and strategies. The successful Project Manager will have a track record in delivering Property Improvement schemes and must have experience with Fire Risk Assessments programs, be computer literate and have excellent Excel skills. While the position is office based in South East London travel will be required to sites all over London. This is an autonomous position reporting to the head of Project Management so the ideal Project Manager must demonstrate a track record in successful delivery.

This has been identified as a strategic appointment so qualifications while an advantage are not essential, relevant experience is more important and the organisation will pay a higher rate if the Project Manager can demonstrate value in the higher rate.
