This leading international contractor have recently been awarded a number of high specification residential and commercial developments and due to these prestigious awards they are looking to expand their team!

They are looking for a Finishing Manager to take responsibility for all finishes on a high spec multi million pound residential development. The successful Finishing Manager must work efficiently, safely and professionally to ensure that the project is completed within time and on budget. The chosen Finishing Manager will be highly motivated and possess excellent communication skills and have worked within the commercial fit out sector and worked within the construction industry for a minimum of 8 years.

•          Minimum 8 years proven Finishing Management experience

•          High spec residential finishing experience
