Fibre Engineer / FTTH Project Manager - Somerset

Do you have experience project managing Fibre To The Home (FTTH) schemes

Working for an organisation that is extremely busy in the utilities sector, the FTTH Project Manager will oversee the delivery of installation and commissioning of fibre optic network projects.

Duties:

• Project manage FTTH schemes, including network construction and connection
• Lead site meetings
• Ensure adherence to technical standards
• Make sure projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Liaise with suppliers, network operators and contractors carrying out work
• Act as technical expert, providing advice and guidance when needed
• Health & Safety
• Provide for correct recording of fibre assets
• Carry out site and team audits

Requirements:

• Experience as a Project Manager with a successful record of FTTH network connections
• NRSWA Supervisor
• CSCS Card
• SHEA Ticket
