Estimator RC & Groundworks - London - N

Recognised as one of the leading construction companies in London operating within the structures, basement and specialist civils sector.  They have built a solid, dependable and loyal client base that comprises of some of the country’s largest and busiest main contractors and commercial developers.  Project sizes range from £10 – 100m, and they are currently in the running to secure their biggest contract to date.

They have an opportunity for an experienced Estimator to join the team and play a key role within the commercial department.  The position will see as Estimator become a link between the estimating teams and the site commercial teams.  As the chosen Estimator you will link the 2 departments by outlaying key project information on how to deliver the best and most commercial sound delivery advice that will result in the project being delivered within the commercial and timeframe targets set.

The role will be best suited to someone with the following background skills:

- Estimator / Quantity Surveyor with 10 years + experience within the RC / Groundworks sector

- Structured career history

- Commercially astute, backed with confidence about your ability

- Excellent tendering and pricing experience
