The Company:

A specialist demolition and groundworks division that prides themselves on their warm, family feel in which each employee buys into their core values and common goal. After being formed over 40 years ago, this family-owned contractor has built an extended family in over 100 direct employees. They even have a dog as their ‘security guard’!

Their current turnover exceeds £20m and they have a growing client base that is largely built upon repeat custom. Health & Safety is a large focus for them and they have won several industry awards for excelling within this area.

The Role:

Their groundworks division is a key focus for them in the new financial year so as they can further grow the company and gain more of an even split between their two divisions. Due to this, they are looking to recruit an Estimator with experience in pricing groundworks projects. These tend to be for housing developers local to their head office and can be up to £3m in value. With this role, there is the opportunity to work 2 days a week from home and 3 days at their head office.

The Ideal Estimator:

• 5+ years of pricing groundworks projects
• Ability to work self-sufficiently with little guidance
• Structured career history working for specialist groundworks contractors
