A highly respected refurbishment contractor has identified the opportunity for an Estimator to join the business. This company has been successful in exceeding expectations and are still continuing to grow and expand making it easy to progress within the role.

Their team consists of select specialists from every sector of the business, able to carry out even the most ambitious projects. Initially, the role of Estimator will see you working on structural refurbishment projects ranging in value from £100k to £10m, making it an exciting opportunity to build your own portfolio.

Whilst reporting to an experienced Senior Surveyor, your role of Estimator will present you with the opportunity to develop your own skills and knowledge and pursue your career in construction. On top of this competitive salary, you will also be entitled to a company car or car allowance and additional benefits which will be tailored to your requirements!

Required criteria for the chosen Estimator:

• Structural refurbishment experience
• 6+ years; experience
• Ideally degree qualified or equivalent
