They have identified the opportunity for an experienced Estimator to come and manage the pre-construction aspects of the scheme. With the majority of projects inside the M25 but outside of central London, this organisation tends to work on more traditional housing schemes, averaging 600 units per year.  If you’re seeking a new opportunity that can challenge and enhance your commercial abilities as well as expand your portfolio then look no further!

Required:

• 5+ years’ estimating experience
• Experience having worked for a residential developer
