One of the UK’s most well-respected property developers is currently working on a 100 unit scheme in North London. They have identified the opportunity for a freelance Estimator to come and manage the pre-construction aspects of the scheme on a 12 month contract with the possibility to go permanent.

If you’re seeking a long-term freelance assignment that can challenge and enhance your commercial abilities as well as expand your portfolio then look no further!

Required:

• 5+ years’ estimating experience
• Experience having worked for a residential developer
