As part of this organisations continued development, they have formed a Specialised Works division to focus on projects with values ranging from £5k to £250k. Specialised Works will deliver projects in the commercial, residential, healthcare, education, conservation, retail and leisure sectors ensuring our clients obtain the same level of professional service provided the business on larger value projects.

Initially the role will see you working on these schemes and later moving on to the main works side, enabling you to develop your portfolio throughout your career with this growing organisation.

Whilst growing your project base and expanding your knowledge and skills, you will be entitled to a competitive salary and a package which will be tailored to your requirements, including a car or car allowance!

Required:

• 5+ years relevant experience
• General contracting experience, ideally smaller schemes
