A Commercial Director at a top-standard, reputable demolition/structures contractor has tasked me with helping him to recruit an experienced Estimator to be one of the leads in successfully tendering strategically targeted projects within a variety of sectors.

The organisation itself turns over in the region on £60-70m and has put together comprehensive plans in where they would like to be within the near future, as well as a plan of how they will get there. Their Estimating team in particular is led by a driven Commercial Director that we have known for some time, and he seems an exceptional individual to work under. Feedback from individuals that work within their Commercial/Estimating team currently, as well as past employees, has been excellent, and by the sounds of it with the motivation and drive they have to expand, it can only get better.
