I have started working with a new client that turns over £60m a year who now have an opportunity for an Estimator to become part of their pre-construction team to assist the Estimating Manager due to the motivation to increase their workload in the New Year.

This contractor has been around for over forty years and has been delivering successful schemes with clients such as Kier from the beginning of their conception. The contractor over the past decade has diversified its offering to provide but not limited to: marine, rail, demolition, RC frames, groundworks (Earthworks), drainage, logistics management, and waste management

Role:

As the Estimator you be assisting the Estimating Manager in tendering at first principle projects in sectors such as:  RC frame, groundworks, demolition sites that are based in Essex and the Kent area that are valued on average at £2m.

Required:

As the Estimator you will need to have experience tendering projects at first principle in groundworks, rc frames or demolition for at least 3/4 years.
