The project:

• You will work on a variety of fit out / refurbishment projects in and around London from hospital, commercial buildings, residential works and public sector and education

Duties:

• Establish a close relationship with the Estimating Director & Winning Work Director, the estimating team, winning work team, legal team and delivery team members to ensure smooth running of the systems
• Develop relationships with internal stakeholders
• Responsible for overseeing permanent or temporary more junior members of staff
• Supporting Estimating Director/Manager with ad-hoc task

Required:

• Refurbishment / fit out experience
• 6+ years; experience
• Ideally degree qualified or equivalent
