Estimator (Rail and Civils) - Berkshire

One of the UK’s most respected rail and telecoms contractor’s has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Estimator to join their growing rail division!

The company operate internationally but their rail division is mainly focused on the delivery of work within England, with the majority of the portfolio of work being done in London and the Home Counties. Contracts will vary in sizes from £500k to 4m, with Network Rail and London Underground being the key clients.

With growth forecasted for 2018 and 2019, the head of Bid Management is looking to take on an experienced Estimator with rail and civils experience to join their team. The position will involve supporting the BM lead in pricing accurate and competitive tenders and in effect take over this function on a day to day basis as well as offering advice on more strategic issues. You will be working closely with the engineering teams and have the ability to work independently.
