They now have an opening for an Environmental Advisor to join their team based in Manchester.

This role would suit an experienced Environmental Advisor looking to progress their career and move on to an exciting new opportunity working for an organisation that excels in their field and guarantees a positive and productive working environment then this is the opportunity for you!

In this role you can expect to work with other members of the Environment and Sustainability Team to develop forms, procedures, briefings and training materials for use in the Construction Phase of the projects. You will be carrying out site inspections and audits at sites, offices and supply chain venues in support of the Integrated Management System and sustainability objectives

To be considered for this role the successful Environmental Advisor will have the following background and experience:

  • Demonstrable experience within a similar Environmental role within an appropriately sized Main Contractor organisation in the Civils sector / on projects for infrastructure clients.
  • Previous experience in the rail signalling or power environment would be highly desirable
  • A structured career history.
  • Degree or higher level qualification in an environmental
  • IEMA practitioner level
  • Track record of project delivery; in relation to safety, timescale, quality and cost.
