You’ll be joining a busy and growing maintenance contractor that operates in the commercial buildings sector.  They have a plan for further growth and the Electrical Supervisor will play a key part in this!

Duties:

• Manage a team carrying out maintenance of electrical building services
• Planning of maintenance works
• Site visits to ensure work carried out safely and to a high standard
• Maintain records of work carried out and work that needs completing
• Procurement of materials
• Client liaison
• Risk assessments
• Toolbox talks

Requirements:

• Driving licence
• ECS Card
• City & Guilds Level 2 and 3 or NVQ level 2 and 3 in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)
• City & Guilds 2382: 17^th Edition (or equivalent)
• Previous experience as an Electrical Supervisor – maintenance
• SSSTS / SMSTS
