As Electrical Construction Manager your role will be to manage all electrical works on a highly prestigious residential development. The successful Construction Manager must work efficiently, safely and professionally to ensure that the project is completed within time and budget, along with that will have excellent communication skills.

Essential criteria:

• Minimum 5 years proven Construction Management experience
• Residential experience
• Electrical background
