This developer are known as one of the UK leaders in high quality developments. They have worked on many iconic buildings and believe quality is at the core of everything and this is reflected in everything they do. They currently have many high profile developments in London and on this large scheme there is an interface with a London Underground Station delivering a new entrance and other interfaces.

They now require a Document Controller to be an integral part of their team on delivering the London Underground Ltd element of this Central London Development. Using document management systems including Asite your duties will be managing all document flows and controls, with specific responsibility for the London Underground document requirements.

You will have at least 5 years’ experience and have recently worked on a London Underground project, so you will be conversant with their practices, requirements and procedures and be familiar with electronic document control systems including Asite.

On offer is a contract lasting between nine to twelve months, a generous rate and the opportunity to become part of a dynamic team focused on delivery.
