A recent contract award has created an opportunity for a Design Manager to join the project team tasked with delivering a large multi-use scheme comprising residential, leisure and commercial facilities. This exciting scheme set in a vibrant location has a three year program, is in excess of £70 million and will be delivered over several phases.

The Design manager will have a formal training in Architecture, Engineering or Construction and have several years’ experience working with contractors or developers, ideally on large mixed use schemes. Working closely with the Project Director this position has been identified as being critical to successful project delivery and the package on offer will be tailored to attract high calibre professionals.
