Essential skills and experience required:

• A degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proven experience in design management, preferably within rail or large infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of relevant design standards and regulations.
• Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
• Proficiency in design software and project management tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
