Known as a specialist, their aim is to eventually become a main contractor with a reputation for being able to deliver projects across various sectors, from Groundworks to RC Frames.

About the Role:

This sub-contractor currently has an interesting opportunity, within their Design Department, for a Design Engineer, ideally with experience in temporary works for a contractor or consultancy and Slip-form.

Duties include:

• Deep basement construction involving ground support.

• Facade retention steelwork.

• Formwork & falsework.

• Tendering design & methodologies for the estimators & planners.

• Working closely with PM & consultants including writing design briefs etc.

• Providing a design service to all our sites.

Requirements: You must come from a relevant academic background and have at least 6 years design experience, ideally in Temporary Works.
