We have a brilliant opportunity for Design Engineers with experience using AutoCAD software to join one of the leading lights of the power distribution sector who are specialists in the design and construction of distribution substations, high voltage (HV) networks and 11kV / 33kV new connections.

As Design Engineer you will:

• Design HV networks and new connections
• Liaise with other engineering disciplines, including civil design and construction, local authorities, Distribution Network Operators (DNOs) and the Highways Agency
• Ensure HV designs comply with company and industry standards as well as the client brief

Requirements:

• Degree (or equivalent) in an engineering discipline
• Experience using AutoCAD
• Driving licence
