They now require a dedicated Design Compliance Manager to join their team to work on design & build regeneration projects valued £20-£80 million. Experience of design & build residential projects both new build & refurbishment with a main contractors is essential as well as the ability to build good working relationships with all parties in the delivery of construction activities.

The ideal Design Compliance Manager will have a stable career background working with main contractors on Design & Build residential projects and be able to show career progression. Working as part of a professional team delivering challenging regeneration developments as well as building successful long term relationships will require excellent technical skills, the ability to manage and co-ordinate design teams, explore and advise on alternative construction materials and methods and ensure compliance with all regulations.

The successful Design Compliance Manager will be handsomely rewarded with a salary circa £75k, car allowance, private pension plan and a comprehensive insurance package including life and death cover.
