The Company:

A company that has built a significant reputation in the demolition industry for being the ‘first-choice’ in the South East. They have been in operation for over three decades and have grown their turnover to over £60m. Their portfolio of work comes from operating either as a principal or sub-contractor and have worked within the residential, commercial, rail, nuclear and industrial markets. They take pride in the fact that they have the ability to adapt to a variety of environments and are always looking to take on new challenges.

The Role:

After successful tendering in recent times, they have identified the need to recruit up an experienced Demolition Manager to operate on their larger schemes (£10m+) in Central London. The successful Demolition Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the assigned site whilst coordinating with site teams and the Project Manager in order to ensure that everything is running successfully.

The Ideal Individual:

• CCDO Black Card
• Previous demolition project experience on schemes £10m+
• Proven background of leading site teams of 10+
