Cost Supervisor (Infrastructure)

Salary:  to £40k + package

Based:  Coleshill

About the Project:

The largest post war infrastructure project is underway.  It will see some of the most complex engineering works ever delivered in the UK and will be under the Global spotlight.

About the Company:

They are one of the largest specialist contractors in the UK and are seen to be the leading contractor within their field of expertise across the World.  They have delivered iconic projects globally.  The current project being delivered is under a Joint Venture.

About the Role of Cost Supervisor:

The key will be to provide cost support services to the site and commercial teams to enable the project to run efficiently and to the commercial targets set.  It will see you, as the chosen Cost Supervisor take responsibility for ensuring the correct records match the allocation of costs and that weekly cost reports are accurate.  The role will see you verify costs and work closely throughout the supply chain  in doing so.  By working closely with the site team, you will be able to ensure costs are allocated to the correct cost codes.  You will have a small team reporting into you where you will manage their work and outputs.

About You:

• Have worked within a construction or civil engineering environment
• Able to oversee a small team
• Confident and positive in the way you deliver your work
• Good client skills
• Experience in using Purchase Ledger / Accounting Systems
• Able to work will within a team, closely with the
• Structured career history
