A leading Construction Management organisation seeks a Cost Manager to work on one of London’s landmark developments, comprising of existing building refurbishments and conversions together with new build elements including Reinforced Concrete Towers. The development includes commercial, retail, leisure and residential facilities all finished to a very high specification..

Required:

• Ideally MRICS
• BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management
• Major projects experience
• Currently based in the UK
• Ability to work independently
• Structured career history with an established PQS or construction management company
• Looking for a long term role, up to 2 years
