An opportunity with a reputable contractor has arisen for an experienced Contracts Manager.
Working for a successful London-based contractor, this is an opportunity to take responsibility over 3 newly secured contracts.
This reputable business value their employees and the role of Contracts Manager will see you managing your own diary to split your time between their London regional office in Wembley and their projects in London.
As one of London’s leading Structural Alterations specialists, they deliver refurbishment related packages from demo, enabling, temp works, underpinning & RC, steel or timber frames; all using their own in-house plant, equipment and directly-employed teams.
They are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager with relevant experience to bring an addition to this level of seniority in their structure, with a team reporting in and who will take full control of a section of their portfolio.
Most of their new contracts include major structural alteration work so this experience is required.
Stable permanent work history spending multiple years with previous employers is essential. Unfortunately applicants with freelance backgrounds are unlikely to be considered.
A Contracts Manager will need a few years’ experience working at this level and at least 10 years white collar management experience.
