An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Contracts Manager to join this successful Fit Out/ Refurb contractor who have been running for over 20 years now. With an annual turnover of £50M+ this highly respectable company have been growing year on year and that figure is looking to be doubled in the coming years.

They specialise in the hotel, leisure, commercial and residential sector and know that there people are what make the business very successful so along with a fantastic salary they offer great career training and development.

This project is located in London and is a commercial/ refurbishment of a commercial building  they are looking to bring someone on board to run this project from start to finish managing a site management team, sub contract teams, site operatives.

The chosen Contracts Manager will ideally need to be located within travelling distance of Nottingham or be willing to live there for 6 months.

The ideal Contracts Manager will:

• Have experience of running refurbishment/ fit out projects (5+ years)
• Be driven and have a can do attitude
